All staff was very good, rooms were well furnished & very clean. Staff at L,liver restaurant was exceptionally great, especially Ola.

Nice hotel

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was comfortable and I had a relaxing massage at the spa. The reason for my four-star review is the meals. Some of the servers did not comprehend English well and it was difficult for them to understand my questions/requests about the food. The variety of food for dinner in the buffet restaurant was limited.

We really like this hotel. The service and staff at Fairmont Gold are top notch. Irish and Kriss do quality work, are very responsive in their service. We want to go back to this hotel again and again. The restaurant has good table setting and delicious dishes, a beautiful view from the window, live music in the evenings. We really like visiting with our family and recommend trying it too if you haven’t been there before.

Warm welcome great food

Had an evening meal in the Onyx Lounge tonight all 4 of us thought the service by Ahmed our waiter was excellent and the food was exceptional compliments to the chef - brilliant meal . Greeted with the warmest welcome by Dalia and Sarah and all the staff can’t fault the hotel

Sky Pool

Spend a day at the Sky Pool and loved it. Staff was amazing and did everything to help, you really feel like home at this place. Mustafa made beautiful cocktails and came with reccomdstions for food as I could not decide. Food was lovely and tasteful.
